Private Appointments and Trunk Shows
Heather invites clients to visit her studio by appointment to browse her collections and shop with friends. Please email or call to arrange an appointment. Additionally, if you would like to host a Trunk Show of Heather's work at your home, store or boutique, please email or call -- we would be happy to discuss planning a special event.

Ordering
For best service, please order by phone (207.288.9711), however, if you prefer to use e-mail, please be as specific as possible and include the product number, description, quantity, and price of each item to insure your order is filled accurately and promptly. Please note that prices are subject to change. Because of the one-of-a-kind results inherent in the reticulation process, the textures of pieces in the Landscapes Series may differ from what is depicted on this website.

Shipping
Shipping and insurance charges are extra. USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method. USPS Express Mail, UPS or Fed Ex services are available upon request. Please include a street address for UPS or Fed Ex options as they will not ship to PO boxes. Shipping prices will vary.

Payment
We accept checks and money orders made payable to Heather Murray ~ Jeweler, as well as Visa and MasterCard.

Returns
Returns will be accepted (with prior authorization) within fourteen (14) days of purchase with a receipt. A credit will be isssued for the return. Returns are shipped at the customer's expense. All special order sales are final -- no returns are accepted.
