Nourish: A Practice for Happy Hips, An Open Heart & A Clear Mind

Fall is a time to slow down, to reconnect to practice and to ourselves, and to spend time nourishing from the inside out.
This practice will combine asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath practice), rest, and meditation in a focused way. Postures to free up the lower body (pelvis, hips, legs) will then move toward the middle and upper body to create an openness in the chest, shoulders, and lungs.
After rest, a breathing practice will then lead us into guided meditation and an opportunity to chant (or listen) to close out practice.
Both active and gentle postures will be offered. Some yoga experience will be helpful, but beginners and experienced students alike are welcome. Take this time to lean into the season, to tend to your heart, and to come home to yourself.
Pre-registration is required to attend (no drop-ins please) as space is limited. You can either sign up at the link below (via any credit or debit card) or if you prefer to pay via Venmo, cash, or check, please email me to arrange registration and payment.
The fee for the 2 hour experience is $30. This class has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
